Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of specific data while keeping your Skedule account active, or delete everything at once.

Selective Data Deletion (In-App)

You can remove specific data categories directly from the Skedule app:

Disconnect Calendar

Settings → Calendar Connections → Disconnect. This revokes Google Calendar access and deletes stored OAuth tokens immediately.

Clear Conversation History

Settings → Privacy → Clear Conversation History. Removes all AI assistant chat messages.

Remove Location Data

Settings → Preferences → Clear home/work locations. Removes stored geographic coordinates.

Delete Contacts

Settings → Contacts → Select and delete individual contacts or clear all.

Reset Behavioral Profile

Settings → Privacy → Reset Learned Profile. Clears AI-learned scheduling patterns and preferences.

Full Data Deletion

To delete all your data at once, you can either:

  • Delete your account — this removes all data permanently. See Delete Your Account.
  • Request data deletion via email — send a request to privacy@schedju.com specifying which data you want deleted. We will process your request within 30 days.

Export Your Data First

Before deleting data, you may want to export a copy. You can request a data export by contacting privacy@schedju.com. We will provide your data in a machine-readable format (JSON) within 30 days.

Data We May Retain

Even after a deletion request, we may retain certain data as required by law:

  • Payment and billing records (up to 7 years for tax/accounting compliance)
  • Data necessary to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce our terms
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you

Third-Party Data

Deleting your data from Skedule does not delete data held by third-party services. To manage your data with these providers:
