Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your Skedule account and all associated data.
Option 1: Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open the Skedule app on your device
- Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
- Scroll to Account
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including calendar connections, scheduling history, preferences, achievements, and conversation history. This cannot be undone.
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to privacy@schedju.com
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address associated with your Skedule account
- We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- Your profile information (name, email, preferences)
- All calendar connections and stored OAuth tokens
- Scheduling history and AI decision records
- Priority settings, alignment scores, and behavioral data
- Achievements, streaks, and gamification progress
- Conversation history with the AI assistant
- Contact data and relationship information
- Push notification tokens and device data
- Analytics data and AI-generated embeddings
Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations. Google Calendar events created by Skedule will remain in your Google Calendar — we do not delete events from Google's servers.
